They can be added to Lozenges or worn on their own with the Earring Base.

Please note that the discs separate from the base--that is part of their design. When the earring is closed the disk is "locked" in place. When the earring is opened, please make sure that the disk is at it's lowest point on the earring so that it can be put on securely
