We want you to love your Marla Aaron pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all certificates and branded boxes provided.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
